For small agencies with ongoing website-care or managed-hosting clients. Start with up to 20 domains and a person to help your team review the findings.

Personal onboarding: choose the domains and establish a scan baseline.
Weekly human review: examine recorded findings, compare runs, and identify practical next steps.

A useful handoff: an agency summary and relevant per-domain PDF reports for client discussions.
The pilot includes up to three hours of personal assistance. Your team or provider makes configuration changes. This is an assisted service, not a new self-service subscription tier.
Service scope and what happens after 30 days
Reviews and assistance take place during agreed business hours. Scan coverage and cadence are agreed during onboarding; some probes may be inconclusive. The service does not include emergency response, configuration changes on your behalf, or a guarantee of breach prevention.
Continue only by explicit agreement: $149/month for up to 20 domains, checks at the agreed cadence, a monthly reviewed summary, and up to 45 minutes of human review and support each month. Renewal moves from weekly reviews to a monthly summary. We’ll confirm that scope together; the pilot does not automatically renew.
Have a larger portfolio? Start with 20 domains. Additional domains and assistance need a separate agreement.

Baseline: DNS configuration, email authentication, certificate information, and potential takeover exposure. Growth adds: SPF policy and lookup estimates, TLS reporting, CAA policy, TXT secret patterns, wildcard detection, and record-count checks. Professional adds: advanced DNS authority, DNSSEC trust, mail, and infrastructure probes.
Check availability is not a guarantee that every probe completes. Reports distinguish inconclusive results from passes and explain sampling limits. All plans use a baseline-only security score. Business and Enterprise include all implemented check types, with portfolio, API, and service limits confirmed before purchase.

Why does the pilot cost more than a software plan?
The $149 pilot includes personal onboarding, weekly human review, help examining rescans, and an agency summary. Self-service subscriptions give you the software to run and review your own checks. The pilot’s price includes its agreed software access; we confirm setup before payment.
What happens after the pilot?
It ends after 30 days unless you explicitly agree to continue. The renewal offer is $149/month for up to 20 domains, checks at the agreed cadence, one monthly reviewed summary, and up to 45 minutes of human review/support. Renewal does not include the first month’s weekly reviews. Larger portfolios or additional assistance need a separate agreement.
Does this change my existing subscription?
No. The assisted pilot is optional. Existing subscriptions, billing periods, and plan limits continue as usual. Contact us if you want to discuss assisted review alongside your current account.
How does the Free plan work?
New accounts start with up to 5 domains and 2 scans per day. Reports show up to 3 findings without remediation steps, plus a baseline score and scan history. Create an account or log in to start.
Will scheduled scanning alert me to every DNS change?
No. Existing email notifications compare scores and issue counts. They do not provide complete DNS change tracking or automatic resolution verification. Human comparison of recorded findings is part of the assisted pilot at the agreed review cadence.
Can I cancel a software subscription?
Yes. Cancel through your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Self-service subscriptions use Stripe for card payments. The assisted pilot is arranged separately after we confirm fit and scope.
