Why it matters
This SPF policy authorizes every sending server. Other email controls still affect how recipients handle a message.

What should my team do next?

Inventory legitimate senders, publish a restrictive SPF policy, and test mail delivery before enforcing it. Then rescan the domain and review the recorded policy.

Nameserver probe: inconclusive

A timeout leaves this check unresolved. It is not counted as a pass. Retry the probe and investigate nameserver reachability before drawing a conclusion.

Synthetic example, not a live scan. Actual reports group findings, evidence, remediation, and probe coverage.

Built for the work that continues after launch.

When clients call your agency about DNS, hosting, or email configuration, you need more than a collection of provider dashboards.

Check across providers

Review public domain configuration even when your clients use different DNS, hosting, and email providers.

Give fixes a starting point

Work from severity-ordered findings and supporting evidence. Keep informational observations separate from issues that need review.

Bring evidence to client conversations

Use per-domain reports and PDF exports to explain findings. The assisted pilot adds a human-reviewed agency summary.

Start with your portfolio. Work through the findings.

The pilot combines Radar’s software with personal assistance. Your team stays in control of changes.

Discuss the agency pilot

Opens your email app. You can also write to info@defendflow.xyz. We’ll confirm fit, coverage, and scan cadence before you pay.

  • Personal onboarding: choose the domains and establish a scan baseline.
  • Weekly human review: examine recorded findings, compare runs, and identify practical next steps.
  • Help checking fixes: rescan after your team makes changes and review the evidence together.
  • A useful handoff: an agency summary and relevant per-domain PDF reports for client discussions.

The pilot includes up to three hours of personal assistance. Your team or provider makes configuration changes. This is an assisted service, not a new self-service subscription tier.

Service scope and what happens after 30 days

Reviews and assistance take place during agreed business hours. Scan coverage and cadence are agreed during onboarding; some probes may be inconclusive. The service does not include emergency response, configuration changes on your behalf, or a guarantee of breach prevention.

Continue only by explicit agreement: $149/month for up to 20 domains, checks at the agreed cadence, a monthly reviewed summary, and up to 45 minutes of human review and support each month. Renewal moves from weekly reviews to a monthly summary. We’ll confirm that scope together; the pilot does not automatically renew.

Have a larger portfolio? Start with 20 domains. Additional domains and assistance need a separate agreement.

A clear fit. A clear scope.

Is Radar a fit for my agency?

The pilot is designed for small agencies selling ongoing website maintenance or managed hosting, especially teams of 2–20 maintaining 20–100 domains. You should have someone responsible for DNS, email configuration, or certificate issues who can act on findings. Start with 20 domains from your portfolio.

What does Radar check?

DNS configuration, email authentication, certificate information, and potential takeover exposure. Extended checks vary by plan. Reports explain probe coverage and inconclusive results; a suspected exposure is not automatically a confirmed exploit. The security score covers baseline checks only.

What is automated, and what does the pilot team do?

Radar runs scans, stores results, and generates per-domain reports. Scheduled scans are available on eligible plans. Reviewing changes between findings, coordinating next steps, checking fixes, and writing the pilot’s agency summary are human-assisted services. Radar does not automatically fix client configurations.

Will I receive an alert for every change?

No. Existing email notifications are based on decreases in the security score or increases in issue count. They are not a complete record of DNS changes. The pilot adds human review of recorded findings at the agreed cadence, rather than real-time incident response.

Can I use Radar without the pilot?

Yes. Self-service plans let you run and review your own scans. They do not include the pilot’s onboarding and recurring human review. Your existing subscription can continue as usual.
